- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Your order needs to be placed at least one working day in advance to delivery / self-collection day.
- For cooked satay, chicken wings and otah products, please place your order 2 working days in advance.
- There is no delivery on Mondays.
- PayPal, PayNow / PayLah, or bank transfer.
- Full payment must be made before we process your order.
- Your order will be considered confirmed when we send you an acknowledgement via call or message. In the unfortunate event that we do not get back to you, kindly contact us at 6443 2869 to check.
- No cancellation is permitted once your order is processed.
- Delivery service is available for orders more than $130.
- A delivery charge of $16 is applicable for Singapore main island. Charges are waived for orders more than $260.
- For delivery to Sentosa and Jurong Island, a delivery charge of $30 is applicable regardless of order amount. Collection will be at the nearest carpark for locations in Sentosa.
- Should you be unable to receive the delivery at the designated time slot, a surcharge of $16 will be imposed as the driver is required to make a second trip. Please note that the second trip will only be conducted once all the other orders on the same day are completed.
- There will be no direct delivery to BBQ pits. Collection can be made at the nearest car parks of the following locations:
d’Resort@ Downtown East, Cherryloft, Treehouse Villas @Changi, CSC@Changi, Changi Beach Park, East Coast Park, Labrador Park, Pasir Ris Park, Punggol Park, Sembawang Park and West Coast Park.
- Alternatively, you may also opt for self pick-up at our factory outlet.
Peak Periods (22th-25th December and 29th December - 1st January)
- Delivery charge of $30 will be applicable.
- Self pick-up is encouraged.
