To experience the sumptuous Singapore Hainanese Satay, we have has done all the groundwork for you in advance. The meticulous preparation of marinades is something you need not concern yourself with. We have choice meats which we steeped in traditional marinades for long hours, ensuring that each tender morsel is a satisfying bite in itself.

LEO Marinated Raw Hainanese Satay

Apart from the convenience being offered in pre-cooked form, it is also available as uncooked raw marinated meat. The raw marinated form allows resident chefs to employ their own creative juices, whether it be in the food presentation or in the task of tailoring the food to suit the local tastes.

LEO KEE Unskewered Zi Char Meat Series

ZI CHAR (煮炒), which means “cook and fry” in Hokkien, is a term used to describe a food stall commonly found in Singapore hawker centres. These dishes are influenced by communally shared, home-cooked Chinese food and form a large part of Singapore’s rich heritage in food. We bring the essence of these classic Zi Char flavours into a convenient, ready-to-use format — perfect for today’s kitchens.
